Online Pick-up Policies and Procedures
- All Sales Are Final. Make sure to check the pick-up dates before ordering.
- Chickens must be picked up by the designated pick-up date. There will be no refunds for chickens that are not picked up on or before the designated pick up date.
- All online orders must be picked up by 5:00 pm on the designated pick-up date.
- We will be available on the designated pick-up date from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM without an appointment.
- You can make an appointment (call 386-208-0495) to pick up your chickens early during week prior to the designated pick-up date for your order.
- We also work full time jobs, so we schedule pickup times after 4:00 pm on weekdays and Sunday after 1:00 pm. These are the times it is possible for us to be available; however we are involved in a number of activities and without an appointment there is no guarantee we will be available during those hours. It is necessary to make an appointment before coming.
- Any remaining chickens will be sold on a modified first come, first served basis. Because of our regular work schedules away from the farm, you must make an appointment with us to come in person to buy the reserve chickens, which begins the day after the designated pick-up date.
